I started off in the restaurant and customer service industry when I thought I wanted to open my own restaurant one day. During that time, I took courses on food sanitation and business management and quickly learned that was not the direction I wanted to take my career. One day I received a call asking if I could be an emergency foster to a puppy coming from a horrendous hoarding situation in Mexico. The same day I picked her up, I was offered a job opportunity in a Personal Injury Law Firm. As a paralegal, I assisted multiple attorneys in case management of prelitigation and litigation matters. Processing discovery and pleadings in preparation for trial within the civil, federal, and appellate courts. I started with Wilson & Wilson in June of 2022 as a legal assistant, and was promoted to paralegal in the Northbrook office shortly after.
Outside of the office I am a mother and wife. My husband and I run a small lucrative construction business. We enjoy going on family trips, parks, zoos, going on walks. I also enjoy sharing my passion for baking with my children, if there was a competition, we’d win the “Messiest Kitchen” award.
